These Terms of Service (ToS, below) govern your access to and use of Joba, a Braudaz's AI Assistant for Job Hunters service (Service, below). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration
2.1. Eligibility

3.1. Free Plan
We offer a forever-free plan for the Service, which includes basic features. Each user is entitled to only one free plan account.
3.2. Paid Plans
We offer two paid subscription plans for enhanced features and functionality. Users may choose to upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
4. Prohibited Conduct
4.1. Account Sharing
Users are prohibited from sharing their account credentials with any other individual or entity. Each account is intended for the sole use of the registered user.
4.2. Multiple Accounts
Users are prohibited from creating multiple free plan accounts. Each user is entitled to only one free plan account.
5. Enforcement
5.1. Suspension of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or user that violates these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in account sharing or creating multiple free plan accounts.
5.2. Investigation
We may investigate any suspected violation of these Terms and may take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement authorities if necessary.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access or use the Service after any such modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Braudaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to, use of, inability to access, or inability to use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
